Why does my submission tracking state 'pending' / 'item retention'?Updated 5 months ago

Our warehouse is closed over the weekend. Any shipments in transit during this period will be safely held by Royal Mail's team. As a result, your return tracking status will show as "Pending" or "Item Retention" on Royal Mail's website until we re-open on the next working day.

Once we’re back, we’ll process your submission as usual and you will receive an update via email / your seller's dashboard!
