What happens if my item has arrived faulty or damaged?Updated 9 months ago
If you believe you have received a faulty / damaged item, then please contact our customer care team. When you get in touch with us, please kindly provide your order number and a photograph of your item. Depending on the damage and timeframe, our team will work to provide a solution.
Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear will unfortunately not be considered as faulty.
