How do I return an order placed on TikTok?Updated 5 months ago

If you have placed an order via our TikTok shop platform, you are more than welcome to initiate a return via your TikTok app.

TikTok orders are subject to a 30 day return window from the date of purchase. 

In order to do this we would kindly ask for you to go to the TikTok Shop > Your Orders > select the order and raise a return.

After raising the return request, our team will be sure to accept this request within 3 working days. Once the return request has been accepted, TikTok will be sure to notify you further on how to return this shipment for a refund. 

The order must be returned within 14 days of the return request being accepted. 

Please note the following policies apply to all TikTok returns: 

• Items must be returned in the same condition as sent, unworn, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
• Items with perfume, makeup, body odours, or cigarette smoke are non-refundable.
• Any items found in pockets or inside the product will indicate evidence of use, making the return ineligible.
