How do I return an order placed on eBay?Updated 5 months ago

If you have placed an order via our eBay shop platform, you are more than welcome to initiate a return via your eBay app.

eBay orders are subject to a 30 day return window from the date of purchase. 

In order to do this we would kindly ask for you to go to Your Orders > select the order and raise a return.

After raising the return, eBay will be sure to notify you further on how to return this shipment for a refund. 

The order must be returned within 14 days of the return request being accepted. 

Please note the following policies apply to all eBay returns: 

• Items must be returned in the same condition as sent, unworn, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
• Items with perfume, makeup, body odours, or cigarette smoke are non-refundable.
• Any items found in pockets or inside the product will indicate evidence of use, making the return ineligible.
