Once your return has successfully been delivered back to our HQ, our team aim to action your refund within 5 working days.
You should receive an email confirming when your return has been received and when your refund has been processed.
If you believe we should have received your return, please contact our Customer Care team via our contact us page with your order number and proof of postage clearly displaying the tracking number and delivery address and we will be happy to look into this for you.
