For UK sellers: If you’ve shipped your submission using our pre-paid Royal Mail shipping label, you can track your item’s delivery directly on Royal Mail’s website here.
For international sellers: As you are responsible for shipping your item, please monitor your chosen courier’s tracking page for updates.
If you have concerns regarding your shipment, then please contact our customer care team with your item's Case ID, the email address linked to your seller account, and your tracking number ((including the relevant courier for international submissions). Our team will then be sure to assist.
Additionally, once your submission arrives at our HQ, you will receive an email notification and an update on your seller dashboard. Please monitor these for further updates.
