Once your item has been listed on our website, you're of course welcome to request the return of your consignment item at any time.
To action this, go to your seller dashboard and click the orange ‘Request Return’ button next to the Case ID of the item you wish to have returned. After making the request, you’ll receive a secure payment link to pay our £40 return fee.
This fee covers the cost of cleaning, authenticating, photographing, storing, and listing your item on our website. Once the fee is paid, your consignment item will be dispatched from our HQ to your listed shipping address within 24-48 working hours.
