All offers made by our buying team are final and not subject to change. They are carefully determined based on factors such as popularity, brand, style, color, size, and condition of the item.

Please note, if you have been given an Exclusive Resale Programme / consignment offer, this cannot be changed to a buyout offer. This decision to provide a consignment only offer is made at the buying team's discretion and has been based on factors including: demand, seasonality, condition as well other additional factors.

If you choose not to accept an offer, you can decline it via your seller dashboard. Alternatively, you can accept the offer within 7 days of receipt. Once you accept an offer, you will receive further shipping instructions from our team.

If your consignment item has been received at our HQ and listed on our website for more than 60 days then your item may be eligible for a reduction (excluding Hermes and Chanel), in order to speed up the sale of your item.
